Little Mermaid cake.  Ariel was made using the Wilton color flow method.  The Shell border is marshmellow fondant.  Cake is covered in buttercream frosting.

Adventure Club

Our church asked me to do a cake for the Adventure Club youth program. We have a camping site and water tubing.  Cake is vanilla with buttercream icing and marshmellow fondant decorations.

Avengers Cake

The Avengers, super hero theme cake.  Chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. We have the Hulk and Wolverine Hands, Thor mallet and Captian Americas shield all made from Marshmellow fondant.

Book cake

This is a cake made to look like a story book.  I love the rolled roses.  This is the first cake I have had a chance to use them on since learning to make them. So easy but so pretty!

Bieber Cake

Our kids are growing up too fast!  Kelly is turning 9 and totally in love with Justin Bieber.  So of course she requested a Bieber cake.  Bottom in chocolate with oreo filling.  Top layer is vanilla.  Happy Birthday Kelly, we love you!
